Job Description

We are looking for a Bartender to join our team in the following summer season. If you see yourself as a potential candidate, please send Us your CV.

Bartender duties and responsibilities:

• Prepares alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant,
• Interacts with customers, takes orders, and serves drinks,
• Assesses customer’s needs and preferences and makes recommendations,
• Mixes ingredients to prepare cocktails,
• Presents bar menu,
• Upsells menu offer,
• Restocks and replenishes bar inventory and supplies,
• Stays guest-focused and nurtures an excellent guest experience,
• Complies with all food and beverage regulations,
• Performs other assigned duties
  

Qualifications

Desired skills:

• Proven Liquors preparation skills,
• Skill of undertaking multiple tasks,
• Communication and leadership skills,
• Ability to manage personnel,
• Guest-oriented and service-minded,
• Foreign languages knowledge,
• Ability to inspire others and to cooperate with others,
• Previous experience in high end hotels will be considered as the advantage,
