Job Description
We are looking for a Construction Worker to join our team as we continue to develop and maintain our world-class resort facilities. If you’re passionate about hands-on work, craftsmanship, and being part of a supportive team, we encourage you to apply by sending us your CV.

Construction Worker Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks such as carpentry, masonry, painting, and other hands-on building duties,
- Maintain and repair structures, ensuring high standards of quality and safety,
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment,
- Assist with the installation and setup of resort infrastructure,
- Follow detailed blueprints, plans, and safety guidelines,
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently,
- Keep construction areas clean and organized,
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and resort standards,
- Perform additional construction-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or similar roles (experience in high-end projects is a plus),
- Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and techniques,
- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual labor tasks,
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality,
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time,
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills,
- Understanding of workplace safety and hazard prevention,
- Basic technical or trade certifications are an advantage.
